Responsibilities:

 

  • Revenue recognition analysis
  • EBITDA analysis
  • Net Working Capital Analysis
  • AR/AP analysis
  • Gross profit margin analysis
  • Revenue Proof
  • Identify Income statement fluctuations
  • Cash to accrual / Accrual to cash conversions
  • Payroll reconciliations
  • Audited/reviewed financial statement to internal financial statement reconciliation
  • Tax return analysis
  • Inventory analysis
  • Top customer / vendor analysis
  • Company research
  • Industry wide research
  • Assist in the importation and formatting of large financial related data sets
  • Manage the date room for Due Diligence engagements
  • Aid senior level employees in the creation of the due diligence data book (excel) & report (ppt)
  • Attend networking events at energy trade shows
  • Contacting interested parties and reviewing letters of intent
  • Preparing confidential memorandums for companies put up on the market for sale

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or data analytics preferred
  • Ability to adjust schedule based upon peak workload times in the department
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and graphs) and Power Point
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
